As the previous Managing Partner and Founder of TG Capital Partners, Mr. Thompson brings over 20 years of experience in business, finance, banking, and insurance.

Nedra is the Principal Managing Partner of TG Capital Partners and has over 16 years of experience working as an attorney.  She has concentrated her practice in Corporate, Business Law, and Organizational Structure; representing clients in business litigation matters before federal and state courts.

She holds a Juris Doctoral Degree, in Business and Litigation from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School.

Michael is a securities and corporate attorney with over 13 years specializing in public and private securities offerings, securities law compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. He brings significant value and deal flow to TG Capital Partners.

Michael holds a Juris Doctoral Degree from Rutgers University School of Law.

Keshia provides Client Relations support to TG Capital Partners. She brings more than a decade's worth of experience in international business, finance, corporate and intellectual property law.

She holds a Juris Doctoral Degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law.

Karl is an innovator and strategic problem solver who reworks the equation to uncover new possibilities and empower teams to bring the possibilities to life. At TG Capital Partners. Karl helps implement creative strategies for deploying resources that result in lower risk while putting a magnet on market share. In 2015, Karl championed 180 South to reach the Inc. 500 as Chairman.

Karl gradutated Magna Cum Laude from Rutgers and has served on several non-profit boards.

Tim provides unique insight in discovering untapped revenue opportunities in the form of strategic partnerships and go-to-market strategy for TG Capital Partners. Tim has built a 6-figure B2B lead generation company while in his senior year of college and scaled his podcast Young and Profiting to #9 internationally in Self-Improvement on iTunes. 

Tim graduated Magna Cum Laude from New Jersey Institute of Technology and serves on the boards of several fast-growing startups.

Mrs. Lemond-Hume plays a critical role as the driver of new business in the commercial real estate division for TG Capital Partners. She has over a decade track record leading high performance teams in the sourcing, acquisition, and financing of numerous commercial real estate transactions.

For the past 12 years, Mrs. Lemond-Hume has extended her reach in underserved communities in the Bronx; serving on the board the Lola Louis Creative and Performing Arts non-profit organization.

Mr. Jackson provides leadership and direction of capital projects for TG Capital Partners. Working collaboratively with our acquisitions team, Mr. Jackson serves as a resource for capital project delivery and directs real estate activities to deepen TG Capital Partners expertise in partnership with real estate development and funding projects.
